What we collect

• The client brief or project details you paste in, so we can generate a proposal. This text is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) and is not stored after the response is generated.
• We do not require account creation or a password to use the free tier.
• If you upgrade to Pro, your email is stored to activate and manage your subscription via Stripe.
• Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is collected via Google Analytics for usage statistics.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not store the text you paste into the tool longer than necessary to generate a response.

Payment data

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing hello@baseaitools.com.
