The service

ProposalAI is an AI tool operated by BaseAI Tools (Anders Rasmussen). The free tier allows a limited number of proposal generations with no signup required.

Pro subscription

Pro unlocks unlimited use for $19/month. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the current billing month, no partial refunds.

ProposalAudit

ProposalAudit is a one-time paid report delivered by email, priced at $29. Delivery within the timeframe stated on the page at time of purchase. No refunds once the report has been sent, since it is delivered digitally and immediately.

Acceptable use

Don't use the tool to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or intended to deceive.
Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits through automated scripts or multiple accounts.
The generated output is provided as-is — review it before publishing or sending it anywhere.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee the AI-generated output is error-free or suitable for every situation.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
